Configuring IVR

  1. In the purchased number details page, configure the messages and path type. There are two path types:
    1. Simple Forward
    2. Standard Tree
  2. In the messages text area, we have to enter the text what we need to deliver . When receiving the call, it should recite as it is in the messages.

Doing things right is important. But doing the right things is vital.
