Associate Phone Numbers
Agents are defined using the employees App in Voice.co. Once you create an Agent using the Employees App, you can update their phone number using the following steps:
- Go to Employees App from the app navigation bar
- It will redirect to the employees app list page
- Click on the “More” icon from the employee list and go to detail page
- In the employee details section, click phone attribute to edit
- Update the number with business type.
- Click the save button to save the updated information.
