1. In the each rule you can configure the start / end cycle.
  2. When the cycle starts, configure the ring for duration for instance: 20 seconds.
  3. When the cycle ends, configure the message in two ways.
    1. Text to speech
    2. Upload File (audio format .mp3)
    3. Based the message it will read to the end user (customer)
  4. In the Action you can select

    1. Send to voicemail
      1. Customer will send the voicemail to the user.
    2. Next Cycle
      1. Add the multiple set of cycles with the same kind of options to configure
    3. Hang Up
      1. Call will gets hang up.
  5. Once all these configurations are done you are ready to get the incoming calls.

Doing things right is important. But doing the right things is vital.
